I arrived at St. Primoz with the afternoon sun still shining bright and high. I figured that it would probably make for a better capture late in the afternoon when the light would allow for softer light and shadows. I was thankful to have been patient enough to wait for that glorious afternoon light, capturing not only the colors of autumn but also St. Primoz Church with breathtaking side light.
