Morrigan was born to a Banshee mother and a Human father in the village of Inishbofin, on the Isle of Man. When Morrigan was five, her mother was killed by a hunter who tracked her down. Her father raised her as best he could, teaching her everything he knew about hunting and survival. When Morrigan was sixteen, her father was killed by a band of marauders. She track them down and killed them all in revenge. Morrigan took up her mother's role as the Banshee of Inishbofin after that. She would often go out into the night, wailing for lost souls. She became known as the Oconnel the Banshee. Over the years, she honed her skills and began to develop her own unique powers. One night, she saved a group of travelers from being attacked by a pack of wolves. They were so grateful that they took her in and taught her everything they knew about fighting and strategy. Morrigan quickly became a master warrior. She eventually left Inishbofin to help other villages who were being terrorized by bandits or monsters. She became a legend for her heroism and unstoppable fighting skills. Wherever she went, people would tremble at the mention of her name – Morrigan Oconnel, the Banshee Warrior!
