Artwork inspired in the movie Metropolis, a 1927 German expressionist science-fiction drama directed by Fritz Lang, widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential films ever made and also recognized as a remarkable achievement of the silent era. The artwork presents a futuristic steampunk golden style with many representative elements from Lang’s film, but there are also other elements that are allusive to the Infinite Machine Movie project, this resembles an up-to-date version of Lang’s vision, now applied to the world of NFTs, blockchain technology and crypto.
