OMGjazzer #42 Storyline: Ying’s defeat during his epic battle against OMG Ninja and the Chosen One was a tremendous blow to his pride. He always looked at himself as the most powerful ninja throughout the galaxy, formidable and unchallenged. With the powers first received by the Dark Divine he felt unstoppable. So it was to his surprise that a low level ninja like The Chosen One would be able to defeat him. Thankfully, the Dark Divine still had plans for Ying and Envy. Although his brother Yang abandoned them, the Dark Divine was determined to continue using Ying & Envy for his diabolical plans to conquer Oarth. He granted Ying ultimate God-like powers he’d never thought imaginable. However, with this power, a part of him began to regret his past deeds. While practicing his new found powers out in the mountains, he felt free but also empty inside. His heart had wintered long ago. But Winter always turns to Spring… About the music: “Wintered Heart” is a dark fantasy of good & evil. A battle within everyone’s heart to conquer the demons trying to bring us down. This jazz-tronica track features saxophone as its topline with synths and rhythmic instruments blanketing the song like an open landscape.
