"Letting Go" represents the strength found in moving forward after heartbreak, the possibility of healing, and the enduring belief that our best days are yet to come. Created during the most challenging chapter of my life, this abstract painting captures the delicate balance of holding onto hope while navigating the unknown.

As part of my healing journey through infertility, I turned to art as a way to process my emotions. I transformed tools that were once associated with physical and emotional pain into something vibrant and meaningful, painting with sterile IVF needles and non-toxic liquid watercolors instead of traditional paintbrushes. The chaotic, abstract strokes reflect how I opened myself up to freely explore my emotions, allowing art therapy to guide me in letting go of perfectionism and embracing the beauty in imperfection.
