"Two-Faced Lovers" is the sixth artwork of the "Lacrima" series. With a name inspired from the Latin word for tear, the "Lacrima" series covers the duality of life, the contrast between tears of pain and tears of joy, expressed through gloomy atmospheres of caliginous, surrealist scenes.
Our backs were guarded from the world,
Demons hidden, we believed they'd stay,
But destiny turned, our demons unfurled,
And purity was tainted away,
Love transformed into bitter hate,
Hope shattered into deep despair,
Our minds entangled by cruel fate,
Unthinkable deeds, we must glare,
We ask ourselves, in deep regret,
Do we know each other's true face?
