Up to 4000 suffered because of long-term effects.
Many more could suffer if not the liquidators’ heroic efforts.
Many more could survive if not constant lies, lies, lies from officials.
Did we learn anything from the disaster?
Last year showed we as a nation learned nothing.
Last year showed we as a humanity learned nothing.
