Isabella Smith is a fashion designer and artist that reimagines contemporary glamour to transform the way we see ourselves. Her work explores sculptural, androgynous silhouettes, using metal and experimental materials alongside hazes of colour.
Isabella explores an expansive view of fashion as a medium that creates community and bridges art, installation, and personal expression.Through her practice she uses immersive events to invite others to become active protagonists within the worlds her pieces exist in.
Working across Paris and London, she has developed her design and cutting skills at the houses of Givenchy and Maison Margiela in both Prêt-à-Porter and Haute Couture. She trained at Central Saint Martins in London. Selected features include Vogue, Dazed, Harpers Bazaar, V Magazine, Showstudio, Culted and Sixteen Journal among others.
