🔥&🧊 Alternate DeeZedition is a gift to all of the set holders who claimed 🔥&🧊 🔥&🧊 is an homage to my life over the last few months. The high highs and low lows of being a full time participant (aka degen gambler) in this ecosystem can really get to me if I don't keep my mind actively occupied. I often need to remind myself how blessed we are that these are our biggest problems. This piece depicts an auspicious dragon overlooking Miami, balancing creation and destruction with its mere presence. While nothing is being created or destroyed, the dragon's beautifully chilling presence offers a sense of peace, if only temporary. I scrapped the idea for this piece a half dozen times over the last two months. Getting this across the finish line was the most frustrating experience I've had as an artist so far. Empathy levels for the artistic process are way up. There were times I walked away for days at a time, only to return to even higher levels of pissed-off-ness. I think the sober June didn't help 🤣 Once I started smoking again, frustration levels lowered a bit and I was able to create a piece I love.
