Description
Sasha’s mandalas are vessels of organic beauty, depicting the symmetry inherent to forms found in nature. Mandalas appear across cultures and religions, but are typically used in meditation, as abstract maps representing the cosmos. Sasha designed this mandala to invoke an “open flower, or the sun,” she says. “I want people to see something inside of it.” Her pattern work is made more luminous by her use of gradients, conveying radiance, purity, and the genesis of life.
