On February 6th, 2023, Turkey and Syria were devastated with two earthquakes with massive severity, with more than 50.000 lost lives and 122.000 wounded. Thousands and thousands of people lost their belongings, homes and hopes.
“Art of Hope” is a personal initiative that requires the help of the kind hearts of Web3 to raise funds for art kits to be used in art workshops for children who are affected by the earthquakes in Turkey.
All funds will be spent on art supplies to be shipped off to Berk Armağan who has been doing art workshops with the children in the quake zone for months now. His amazing deeds can be found in his personal accounts on Twitter and Instagram with the “@seyyahart” handle. Whole process will be available to be monitored on my personal Twitter feed, @CleteLCharnal.
Every edition of “Art of Hope” approximately equals to a small kit of art supplies including, a drawing book, colored pencils, oil pastels, watercolors, pencils, an eraser and a pencil sharpener.
And hopefully, every edition of “Art of Hope” will give as many children as possible to create their own hope of art. Because where there is art, there is hope.
