After soaring to the top spot on MLB’s 2024 Top Prospects list, 20-year-old Jackson Holliday notched his first MLB hit in the seventh inning against the Milwaukee Brewers. With a runner on first and nobody out, the young Orioles phenom drilled a single to right field to snap an 0-for-13 start. The Orioles would go on to beat Milwaukee 6-4.
Before his call-up, Holliday hit .333, with 14 hits and 9 RBI at Triple-A Norfolk. With his big league debut under his belt, the young infielder joins an already-stacked Baltimore team featuring Adley Rutschman and Gunnar Henderson.
