Cucutians originate from a distant planet in the Boligia universe called Cucuten-Trypillian. How they managed to reach Buttlin is inexplicable, but they did. They invested heavily in the planet as an interstellar tourist destination and own the hotels there. They are seldom seen, powerful figures of authority. Most of Buttlin’s permanent population think the Cucutians are actually a myth and you can understand why.
