Description
Coupled with the 1961 and 1978 vintages, 1990 is a stellar year that will go down in history as one of the best in the Northern Rhône. A rainy and cool spring preceded a hot and very dry summer, with much-needed light rains taking place right before harvest. Grapes were picked in optimal conditions, resulting in flavorful, impeccably balanced wines. This vintage has become a benchmark for the region.
