Used Mattress Boutique nearly went out of business after Lil' Oozy the Jerk Beauty Technician was born in the returns department and left a zero-star review for bad service. During a silent auction, they screamed bloody murder and knitted a koozie for their weapon. Lil' Oozy threw a wine glass full of gingivitis ale in my face just to punctuate a point.
