Formula: Β = b(θ + π) The entrance (b) is the sum of change (θ) and perfection (π), indicating the journey through the dialectic process. "The entrance" as described by Plato in dialogues such as "Phaedo" and "Symposium" is not merely a physical threshold but an intellectual and spiritual one. In the formula Β = b(θ + π), the variable b represents the beginning or the entrance to the path of wisdom. The addition of θ (theta), a symbol for a specific angle in geometry, can be seen as the angle of inquiry, the precise orientation towards knowledge. The inclusion of π (pi), an infinite and transcendental number, suggests the eternal and divine nature of the forms and the soul's affinity with the infinite. This equation implies that the entrance to Platonic wisdom is through a union of the quest for knowledge (θ) with the recognition of the eternal (π). The Entrance to the Academy of Plato stated that "anyone ignorant of geometry should stay away from it". It did it as a warning, because idealism in his view was about imagination, so rooted in mathematics and the understanding of the world. Geometry is surely about measuring the earth: its size, its shape, its angles and volumes, but also about knowing how to understand the world we share in a meaningful way. It was knowing geometry though art is a path of personal enlightment that starts way down our core and expands towards creative realization.
