Description
Nila do Cerrado is an artist from Brazil who develops her work in the fields of drawing and painting, always having the Brazilian biomes as a starting point and research, especially the Cerrado. She has a degree in Visual Arts and has participated in several art shows. In 2019 she was one of the artists invited to the third edition of CURA (Circuito Urbano de Arte), in Belo Horizonte (MG), and painted her first urban mural. In 2021 she held a Colab with Renner Cloth Shop, signing a collection of prints for fashion design, distributed throughout Brazil. She lives and works in the rural area, dividing her time between her studio and planting agroecological gardens, when she is not painting a mural around. Incomes generated by her art work will provide resources for ecological projects in Ekonavi.
