COMMERCIAL USE The owner of Bored Ape #6068 grants the owners of this License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”) an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the licensed Art (“Bored Ape #6068 Source Files”) for the purpose of creating Derivatives (“Bored Ape #6068 Derivative Art”) based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”), provided that you can cryptographically verify your ownership of the License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”).
