Description

The Tower of Babel, in the Bible, is this tower which rises to the sky, and which represents the excess of the human being. Built by men in defiance of God, they’re punished for their arrogance by being made unable to understand each other. This modern version tells the same story in our ultra-connected world, where mass communication, instead of bringing us closer together, leads to individualism, loneliness and confusion. This collection originates from an oil painting on wood crafted by Pascal Boyart in 2024. It comprises 365 unique NFTs, each depicting one day of the year. Pascal Boyart is an artist based in Paris. He creates NFTs from his IRL paintings since 2019. All the works and NFTs are original creations signed by Pboy.
