Tiernan was born to a pious family of clerics in a small village in the middle of nowhere. Her parents were kind and loving, but also very strict when it came to religious matters. As a result, Tiernan grew up to be a very devout young woman. When she was old enough, she left her home to study at a prestigious temple. Despite her pious nature, Tiernan was always curious about the world beyond her village. She would sneak out at night to explore the nearby woods, and sometimes even wander further afield. On one such adventure, she stumbled across a group of bandits who had been terrorizing the area. Without thinking twice, Tiernan attacked them and managed to drive them away. news of her feat quickly spread, and Tiernan became something of a local hero. She was even more determined to make a difference in the world, and so she set out on a quest to vanquish evil wherever it lurked. She quickly gained a reputation as one of the most skilled and powerful clerics around. Throughout her many adventures, Tiernan has always remained true to her faith. She knows that without the guidance of the gods, she would never have been able to accomplish all that she has. Her great deeds have brought her much fame and glory, but for Tiernan Weir, being able to help others is its own reward.
