Description
This work was inspired by road trips up and down the California coast last spring. We had an especially wet winter, and the blooms that followed were hard to ignore and hard to forget. From San Diego to Moss Beach, there were tree poppies, California poppies, bush poppies, lupines, cosmos, crown daisies, and Marguerite daisies. Many others too, but these are the ones that stood out to me.
