Description
“Antifaz” is one of those paintings where first intention prevails. The piece just simply flowed with the concept of hidden identity. Though the spectator will always have their own take on the communication within a piece, i make a strong attempt to steer her into my take. A reaction to how people insist on not being themselves hiding behind masks. Depicted somewhat loosely is a half mask, used to partially cover the face. This one is made up of only the skeletal part ... transparent in the sense that no one is being fooled.
