描述
This unique artwork was created by Chad Knight to benefit the Mercury Phoenix Trust, the non-profit founded in Freddie Mercury's memory to help fight AIDS worldwide.
Chad Knight is a ten-year veteran digital artist and the head of 3D design for Nike. His work went viral in 2017 after being reposted 50 million times and causing a pervasive internet rumour that his fountain,
‘Release’, was actually a real-life place in Japan. As Head of 3D Design at Nike, Knight is no stranger to working in the digital world and uses Cinema 4D to create high detail sculptures that push the limits of physics. Ever since entering the Metaverse, Chad has planted himself as a key member of the community, releasing his art as NFTs on NiftyGateway, Foundation and Makersplace.
Chad Knight retired from an exciting career as a professional skateboarder that ran from 1998-2011. His
work has been featured on the cover of Vogue Singapore, in Vogue Italia & L'uomo, Elle Decor, Vice, and many more international publications. He recently debuted his first art collection in the Hamptons.
