This piece was shot during one of my last expedition adventures I went on with my late best friend. 5 years after her funeral I finally put together a way to honor her and put my grief to rest. Using photos that either reminded me of her or photos she was present for and color grading them based on the floors used when we put her to rest. I wanted the image it be foggy and grainy, to express the distance I felt between where I was and where I hope she ended up.
