The Genius token's financial accounting is triple-entry bookkeeping, fully automated, 100% transparent, and 100% perfect. There are 4 main accounts:
1. Total Supply: GENI tokens that can be transferred without the need to unlock a commitment.
2. Advanced Locked Supply: GENI tokens that are committed to the Advanced Mining policy. A portion of these tokens remain locked in this account for at least 90 days.
3. Basic Locked Supply: GENI tokens that are committed to the Basic Mining policy. When the "Fee Counter" is low, a majority of these tokens can be unlocked at any time.
4. Burned Supply: the maximum amount of GENI that can be minted in the future. A portion of this supply will remain here forever, and that portion continuously grows every day!
Finally, there is a "Reserve Supply" calculated account for GENI. This is always equal to the sum of all 4 main accounts. This account is important for Genius to calculate Base Performance Rewards and issue Genius Credit.
