After being drafted second overall in the 2023 MLB Draft, Washington Nationals top prospect Dylan Crews made his major league debut against the New York Yankees. In the first at-bat of his second big league game, the 22-year-old outfielder drilled a two-out double to left field to put men on first and third for the Nationals. Crews would go 2-for-4 in a 4-2 win over the Yankees.
Leading up to his major league debut, Crews hit .270, with 107 hits and 68 RBI at Double-A Harrisburg and Triple-A Rochester. With Crews now in the fold, Washington is set on again becoming a force in the National League East.
