This technique, discovered by pioneering photographer Anna Atkins, finds its purest expression in blue—a blue that not only envelops but also suggests a profound mood, as deep as the Mediterranean and as mysterious as the night sky. The sphere, a fundamental shape traversing time and cultures, symbolizes the perpetual cycle of life, fertility, and renewal. Like wine, rooted in Roman celebrations, the sun—essential in creating these toasts—reminds us of Ceres, the living goddess who nourishes the earth and represents the indomitable spirit of humanity. Here, the stony past and crypto-art merge in a dance of light, shadow… and bubbles. Marta collaborated with Gala Mirissa to give motion to this magical world.
