La Granada, in collaboration with Gala Mirissa, speaks of resilience and acceptance, but also of the accumulation of negative situations, pain, and those things that ultimately impact our lives. It is the explosion after enduring what forms within our minds, in the depths of our brain and our experiences. The work is inspired by María's personal experience after undergoing four brain surgeries due to the risk of a stroke. The technique chosen to depict this is ink with digital touches and highly contrasted colors.
